Reporting bugs in the Testdrive environment
In this guide you will walk through how to report a bug in the Testdrive portal.
Occasionally, you may find something in our products that does not work properly.
We'd like to know whenever there is a bug so that we can notify the appropriate product team and get it fixed.
In order to report a bug in the portal, check that you have the following:
OK let's go, open your favorite web browser and navigate to the Testdrive Portal at:
Sign in with your credentials and you'll land at the dashboard screen.
To report a bug , click the "Contact Us!" button in the Help & Support section.
For a bug or issue select HELP!
This opens up a dialog where you can select the Product where you saw the issue, and you should give a brief description of the issue then click the "Submit request" button to send the bug report to the Solution Engineering team.
Please also provide steps to reproduce the issue where if you can.
Once the report has been submitted, we'll try to reproduce it on our end and reach out to you once we have additional information.
