How to leave feedback in the Testdrive portal
In this guide you will walk through how to leave feedback in the Testdrive portal.
We’re always looking for ways to improve the Testdrive experience, and we would love to hear from you! Tell us what you like, what you don’t like, or about what additional features you'd like to see in Testdrive!
In order to leave feedback for us, check that you have the following:
OK let's go, open your favorite web browser and navigate to the Testdrive Portal at:
Sign in with your credentials and you'll land on the dashboard screen.
To submit feedback, click the " Contact Us!" button that is located in the Help & Support card. You can choose HELP! to submit an issue with TestDrive or FEEDBACK! to submit a suggestion/feedback to the team.
This opens up the Feedback dialog where you can send us your comments!
Be as specific as possible, if you're not sure what something is called, you can describe it instead.
The more we know, the more likely we can work towards improving the experience for you! Try to be as descriptive as possible in the text field and hit the "Send" button to send it to the team. We'll be in touch once we have received your feedback!
